The SiT3373 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS voltage-controlled oscillator (VCXO) engineered for low-jitter applications. SiT3373 oscillator delivers exceptional dynamic performance by providing resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, vibration, and EMI. This device also integrates multiple on-chip regulators to filter power supply noise, eliminating the need for a dedicated external LDO.
It offers multiple output types (LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL) with 27 exceptionally linear APR (absolute pull range) options up to ±3145 ppm. It benefits with the exceptional dynamic performance of 0.21 ps jitter (typ.), ±15 ppm, and 0.1% pull range linearity with the same excellent phase noise. The SiT3373 can be factory programmed for any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, output signaling, and pull range.
