1 Hz to 462.5 kHz Oscillators
The SiT1534 and SiT1569 are the first µPower oscillators capable of a frequency range between 1 Hz and 462.5 kHz in a 1.2 mm2 footprint. In the chip-scale package (CSP), these products reduce a timing device’s footprint by as much as 85% compared to existing 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD quartz packages. Unlike XTALs, the SiT1534 oscillator output enables greater component placement flexibility and eliminates external load capacitors, thus saving additional component count and board space.
