Ultra-Small, Low-Power, Low-Jitter, 1 Hz to 2.5 MHz Oscillator
LoginSiTime's TempFlat MEMS™ technology, coupled with our mixed-signal capability, enables ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability in an ultra-small 1.2mm² chip-scale package. These devices use MEMS resonators that are manufactured using the latest generation of EpiSeal™ technology which hermetically seals the resonator, making it impervious to all small-molecule gases. Additionally, the SiT1581 has a high shock and vibration survivability. Typical supply current is only 6.0 μA at 100 kHz and only 13 μA at 1MHz. And unlike standard oscillators, the SiT1579 is factory programmable between 1 Hz and 2.5 MHz, enabling new architectural options with its wide frequency range.
