3.57 to 77.76 MHz, Low Power Oscillator
LoginThe SiT1602B is a low power, fixed-frequency oscillator. It provides the perfect combination of low power consumption, excellent stability, small size, fast startup, and short lead time for a wide range of applications. Continuous 1.8 V to 3.3 V supply voltage enables inventory consolidation and qualification of a single device configuration.
For a similar device in a SOT23-5 package, refer to the SiT2001B.
