0.1 ppm, µPower, Low-Jitter, Ruggedized 32.768 kHz Super-TCXOLogin
The Endura™ SiT7910 ruggedized 32.768 kHz Super-TCXO is designed for pulse-per-second (pps) timekeeping in aerospace, defense and other applications that operate in harsh environments.
With best-in-class ±0.1 to 0.2 ppm frequency stability, this 32.768 kHz reference clock is ideal for GNSS receivers. It has 25x better stability which enables GNSS signal lock within seconds (compared to 30+ sec with legacy quartz clocks) to provide accurate timing and location data much faster. Performance is further enhanced with low 2-ns RMS phase jitter and 20-year aging of only ±5 ppm.
The SiT7910 Super-TCXO is built for ruggedized hand radios, portable equipment, ground vehicles and airborne environments. It has an operating temperature range from -55°C to 105°C, has best-in-class 20 ppb/g g-sensitivity for resilience in high vibration environments, and consumes only 6.0 µA to extend battery life. It is 100% screened through the SiTime Endura process flow to provide high reliability.
