Low Jitter Differential XO for Standard Networking Frequencies

The SiT9375 is optimized for communications applications requiring low jitter and low power, and is available in the industry’s smallest differential package.

This differential oscillator supports 31 standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz, commonly used in networking and other communications applications. This device features 200 fs RMS jitter (typ.), excellent immunity to power supply noise and environmental hazards, industry-standard package sizes down to 2.0 x 1.6 mm, low-power options, and wide temperature support up to 105°C.

The SiT9375 offers popular output drivers for LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL and low-power HCSL with integrated termination resistors. It also features a unique FlexSwing™ driver that performs like LVPECL but with independent control of VOH and VOL levels to simplify interfacing with chipsets having non-standard input-voltage requirements. The SiT9375 accepts power-supply voltages down to 1.8V for additional power savings.
