1 MHz to 220 MHz Endura Ruggedized Ultra-Low Jitter Differential XO

The Endura™ SiT9356 low jitter differential oscillator is designed for harsh environmental conditions of aerospace and defense applications. It supports any frequency from 1 to 220 MHz in 1 Hz increments, temperatures up to 125°C, and 0.04 ppb/g frequency stability under vibration. This device delivers exceptional dynamic performance with 150 fs jitter (typ.) and ±20 ppm frequency stability over temperature. The SiT9356 is remarkably resilient to power supply noise, EMI, and board bending. It is 100% screened through the SiTime Endura process flow to provide high reliability.

The SiT9356 is available in the smallest differential package, a 2.0 x 1.6 mm QFN. This device supports any voltage between 1.8 to 3.3 V in combination with all popular differential output signaling types including LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL and Low-power HCSL, plus FlexSwing™, an output-driver that performs like LVPECL and provides independent control of voltage swing and DC offset.
