SiT5802, a member of SiTime’s Epoch Platform™ MEMS OCXO family, maximizes service continuity with best-in-class time accuracy in real world environments. Designed to solve long-standing problems of quartz OCXOs, the Epoch Platform OCXOs are resilient to thermal shock, airflow, and vibration. SiT5802 simplifies and expedites the design process with 25x less volume and 3x lower power, in addition to leading environmental resilience which eliminates the need for a protective cover. SiTime’s silicon manufacturing process ensures the highest quality with shorter lead times for a robust supply chain.
The SiT5802 is the industry’s smallest OCXO (9 mm x 7 mm) to offer ±3 ppb over-temp stability, ±0.02 ppb/°C typical frequency slope (dF/dT), and up to 8 hours of time holdover. It's the first OCXO in its class to offer a temperature range as wide as -40°C to 95°C.
