115 to 137 MHz, Extended Temperature (-55 °C to 125 °C) Oscillator

The Endura™ SiT8945 is the most reliable and the highest quality oscillator for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. This device delivers the perfect combination of high frequency range (up to 137 MHz), excellent stability (±20 ppm), and wide temperature range (-55 to 125°C) in the smallest 2.0 x 1.6 mm package that is not readily available from quartz suppliers. Engineered for harsh environments, this oscillator features ultra-low 0.1 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity, 10,000g shock, and 70g vibration resistance. 

The MEMS-based Endura Si8945 conforms to MIL-PRF-55310, MIL-STD-883, and AEC-Q100 specifications.
