The SiT5022 is a programmable differential MEMS TCXO that supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling types. This differential oscillator covers any frequency between 220 to 625 MHz. The SiT5022 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5 V to 3.3 V), pull range, frequency stability (±5 ppm) and package (3225, 5032, 7050) options. This programmability enables designers to optimize the clock configuration while eliminating the long lead time and customization costs associated with quartz TCXOs where each frequency is custom built.
