AEC-Q100, High Temperature, Low Jitter Oscillator


The SiT1625 low-jitter AEC-Q100 oscillator is designed for automotive and extreme temperature applications. This device provides a perfect combination of low jitter (500 fs typical), low power (2.3 mA typical current consumption), excellent stability (as low as ±50 ppm) and wide temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C) in the smallest 1.6 x 1.2 mm package that is not readily available from quartz. It is based on SiTime’s latest generation of highly reliable MEMS technology and features the industry's best shock and vibration resistance.

The SiT1625 is available in industry-standard packages that can replace quartz products without any design changes. The high performance of the SiT1625 makes it ideal for the next generation of high speed connectivity  for ADAS and Infotainment systems.
