The SiT9371 is optimized for PCIe applications requiring low jitter and low power, and is available in the industry’s smallest differential package.

This differential oscillator supports 100 MHz, commonly used in networking and other communications applications. This device delivers 10 fs RMS jitter (typ.) for PCIe Gen 6 applications, excellent immunity to power supply noise and environmental hazards, industry-standard package sizes down o 2.0 x 1.6 mm, low-power options, and wide temperature support up to 105°C.

The SiT9371 offers popular output drivers for LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL and low-power HCSL with integrated termination resistors. The SiT9371 accepts power-supply voltages from 3.3 V down to 1.8 V for additional power savings.
