Giveaway Official Rules -- TRADE PROMOTION ONLY.
The SiTime Corporation (the “Company”) sponsored giveaway (the “Giveaway”) starts January 2, 2023, and ends March 31, 2023.
(1) Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to persons age 18 years or older located within the United States who are invited by the Company to participate in and who complete the SiTime Phone Research Survey (the “Survey”). Company employees and contractors are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
(2) How to Enter: Complete the online survey by answering questions 1 through 26. Answer “Yes” to question 32 (“Yes, I would like to participate and enter the drawing and agree to the terms”) to confirm you would like to participate in a phone survey and be entered into the drawing. Answer question 33 by submitting your name, email address, and phone number so that the Company has a way to contact you to schedule a 30 to 45-minute survey by telephone.
After answering questions by telephone that will help us enhance the research and buying experience of our customers, participants will be entered into a random draw. Only one entry per person.
The deadline to complete the phone survey is 11:59 pm Pacific Time on March 31, 2022.
(3) Prizes: One winner will be chosen from the entries to receive either an Google Pixel 7 Pro (256GB) or Apple iPhone 14 (256GB).
No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Company in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
(4) General Terms & Conditions: By participating, entrants agree that the Company, its shareholders, agents and representatives, affiliates and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Company that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway; (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Company in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
