The SiT9505 is optimized for communications, enterprise, and industrial applications requiring a variety of frequencies and operate in noisy environments, and is available in the industry’s smallest differential package.
This differential oscillator is engineered for low-jitter applications requiring one of the following standard frequencies: 100 MHz, 156.25 MHz, 312.5 MHz, or 625 MHz. It features 41 fs RMS jitter (typ.), excellent immunity to power supply noise and environmental hazards, industry-standard package sizes down to 2.0 x 1.6 mm, low-power options, and wide temperature support up to 105°C.
The SiT9505 offers popular output drivers for LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL and low-power HCSL with integrated termination resistors. It also features a unique FlexSwing™ driver that performs like LVPECL but with independent control of VOH and VOL levels to simplify interfacing with chipsets having non-standard input-voltage requirements. The SiT9505 accepts power-supply voltages down to 1.8 V for additional power savings.
