The SiT7202 is a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) ruggedized MEMS TCXO that is ideal RF systems. This precision timing device combines ±100 ppb frequency stability over -40 to 105°C with RF-quality phase noise, ±110 fs phase jitter and low g-sensitivity of 0.01 ppb/g in a compact 5035 ceramic package. The SiT7202 Super-TCXO can replace a fragile and bulky OCXO in equipment designed for rough environments.

This Low Noise Super-TCXO has excellent Allan deviation rated at 1E-11 to reduce error rate in processing signals with long integration time such as encrypted signals. SiT7202 is available with ±400 ppm frequency tuning with 5E-14 resolution through I2C and SPI.
