Today’s networks and critical applications can’t fail without huge loss or cost. Yet they are pushed to the edge where they are less protected from extreme and rapid temp swings.

SiTime TCXOs and OCXOs are engineered to solve long-standing timing problems. Unlike quartz products, our MEMS-based timing solutions excel in extreme temperatures, thermal shock up to 10°C/min, and rapid airflow
up to 7 m/s. Our Super-TCXOs operate from -40°C to +105°C, the widest operating temperature available with any TCXO. And with ±40 ppt/°C, our OCXOs offer 10 times better dynamic stability compared to quartz OCXOs.
