The SiT1580 is an ultra-small, low-power, low-jitter 32.768 kHz TCXO (temperature compensated oscillator). Factory calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. Features TempFlat MEMS™ technology, coupled with the mixed-signal capability. In a tiny 1.2 mm² chip-scale package (CSP) this MEMS-based oscillator contains MEMS resonator that is manufactured using the latest generation of EpiSeal™ technology which hermetically seals resonators, making them impervious to all small-molecule gases. In addition, the SiT1580 has a high shock and vibration survivability. Typical core supply current is only 4.5 μA.
