The SiT1581 is a low-power, low-jitter oscillator in an ultra-small 1.2 mm² chip-scale package (CSP). Unlike standard oscillators, the SiT1579 programmable between 1 Hz and 2.5 MHz. It utilites TempFlat MEMS™ technology, coupled with our mixed-signal capability, and enables ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. It is impervious to all small-molecule gases due to the latest generation of EpiSeal™ technology which hermetically seals MEMS resonator used in SiT1581 oscillators. This device also has enhanced survivability in harsh conditions (high shock and vibration). Typical supply current is only 6.0 μA at 100 kHz and only 13 μA at 1MHz.
