SiT1569 is an ultra-small, low power oscillator with a frequency range between 462.5 kHz down to 1 Hz with ±50 ppm all-inclusive (initial and over temperature) frequency stability. This µPower oscillator features TempFlat MEMS™ technology combined with our mixed-signal CMOS design capabilities. Typical core supply current is only 3.3 μA at 100 kHz. Comes in tiny 1.2mm2 chip-scale packaging (CSP).
