The SiT1573 is an ultra-small 32.768 kHz oscillator built on SiTime's TempFlat MEMS™ technology. It features low-jitter, ±100-ppm all-inclusive frequency stability, 4.5 μA typical supply current, and comes in a 1.2mm2 chip-scale package. This µPower oscillator can drive 2 to 3 loads and replace multiple quartz crystals, and it doesn’t require external bypass capacitors, reducing the BOM and board space.
