The SiT3807 is a highly flexible, high-performance MEMS voltage-controlled oscillator (VCXO). This device supports 30 standard frequencies between 1.544 MHz and 49.152 MHz, 3 supply voltages (1.8 V; 2.5 V to 3.3 V), pull range from ±25 ppm to ±200 ppm, 4 package options (2520, 3225, 5032, 7050), and LVCMOS/LVTTL output compatibility. The SiT3807 provides superior tuning slope consistency (Kv), 10 times better than quartz crystal VCXOs, which simplifies PLL and clock synchronization design. The SiT3807 is an easy replacement for crystal VCXO oscillators due to its footprint compatibility with legacy quartz devices.
