SiT2020A: 1 MHz to 110 MHz, Ruggedized, One-Output Clock Generator
LoginThe SiT2020 is the most robust and reliable single-chip, one-output clock generator on the market with 0.1 ppb/g vibration sensitivity (g-sensivity), 50,000 g shock and 70 g vibration resistance and 500 million hour MTBF. This device delivers the most uncompromising combination of flexible frequency range (up to 110 MHz), best stability (±20 ppm) and widest temperature range (-55 °C to 125 °C). It comes in a 5-pin, small SOT23 package that offers the best board-level solder joint reliability and enables low cost, optical-ONLY board-level inspection. Download datasheet.
