AEC-Q100, High Temperature, Low Power Oscillator


The SiT1623 low-power AEC-Q100 oscillator is designed for automotive and extreme temperature applications. This device provides a perfect combination of low power (1.8 mA typical current consumption), low jitter (750 fs typical), excellent stability (as low as ±50 ppm) and wide temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C) in the smallest 1.6 x 1.2 mm package that is not readily available from quartz. It is based on SiTime’s latest generation of highly reliable MEMS technology and features the industry's best shock and vibration resistance.

The SiT1623 is available in industry-standard packages that can replace quartz products without any design changes. The high performance of the SiT1623 makes it ideal for the next generation of high speed connectivity for ADAS and Infotainment systems.
