Ultra-low power, low-jitter, 32.768 kHz programmable oscillator in 1.2 x 1.1 mm package
LoginThe SiT1811 is a ±20 ppm oscillator with a default frequency of 32.768 kHz. With a no-load current of only 510 nA, the SiT1811 is designed for low-power, space-constrained applications. This device comes in a tiny 1.2 X 1.1 mm QFN package. No external load caps are needed with the SiT1811, resulting in a 50% smaller timing solution compared to 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD crystals (XTALs). Additionally, the SiT1811 can drive multiple loads up to 100 pf, replacing more than one XTAL and further reducing board space.
