1 to 26 MHz Oscillators
SiTime’s µPower MEMS oscillators are designed for wearable, IoT, and mobile applications, where space and power savings are critical. Our µPower oscillators consume up to 90% less power and up to 80% less space compared to quartz oscillators. Plus, they are available in low frequencies that quartz cannot support.

1 Hz to 262.14 kHz Automotive Oscillators
SiTime automotive MEMS 32-kHz oscillators can also support 17 other frequencies from 1 Hz to 262.144 kHz. With ultra-low power consumption, best-in-class frequency stability, and small size, these devices are ideal when space and power are critical.
