The SiT1579 is a low-power, low-jitter, µPower oscillator in an ultra-small 1.2 mm2 CSP (chip-scale package). This µPower enables new architectural options with its programmable frequency from 2.5 MHz down to 1 Hz. SiTime's TempFlat MEMS™ technology coupled with the mixed-signal capability guarantees ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. Typical core supply current is only 6.0 μA at 100 kHz.
