The SiT1576 is ultra-small low power, low-jitter Super-TCXO with a factory-programmable frequency in a range between 1 Hz and 2.5 MHz. Mixed-signal design expertise and TempFlat MEMS™ technology enables the first µPower TCXO in a world's smallest footprint of 1.2 mm2. The SiT1576 is factory-calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight frequency stability as low as ±5 ppm (initial and over temperature). Features typical core supply current of 6.0 μA at 100 kHz.
