SiT9501 Datasheet

The SiT9501 is a differential MEMS oscillator engineered for low-jitter applications requiring one of 14 standard networking frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. A unique FlexSwing™ output-driver performs like LVPECL but provides independent control of voltage swing and DC offset to simplify interfacing with chipsets having non-standard input voltage requirements and eliminate all external source-bias resistors. It features 70 fs RMS jitter (typ.), excellent immunity to power supply noise and environmental hazards, industry-standard package sizes down to 2.0 x 1.6 mm, low-power options, and wide temperature support up to 105°C.

The SiT9501 offers popular output drivers for LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-power HCSL with integrated termination resistors. It also features a unique FlexSwing™ driver that performs like LVPECL but with independent control of VOH and VOL levels to simplify interfacing with chipsets having non-standard input-voltage requirements. The SiT9501 accepts power-supply voltages down to 1.8V for additional power savings.
