The SiT5347 is a ruggedized Endura™ precision Super-TCXO that operates in a 60 to 220 MHz frequency range and offers ±100-ppb frequency stability, 0.004 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity, in a high-temperature operation range (up to 105°C). It is engineered for harsh environments to deliver the most stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors – airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference (EMI). SiT5347 conforms to MIL-PRF-55310 and MIL-STD-883 specifications and is the ideal solution for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. This MEMS-based Endura Super-TCXO can be factory-programmed to any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range.
