The SiT5187 is a highly flexible AEC-Q100 MEMS Super-TCXO with tight stability of ±0.5 that is engineered for best dynamic performance. The frequency can be programmed in a range from 60 to 220 MHz. The SiT5187 oscillator is ideal for high-reliability GNSS-based precision positioning and timing applications.
