Samsheer Ahmad

Samsheer Ahmad serves as senior vice president, finance and chief accounting officer. He is a strong advocate for technology with a focus on understanding the business analytics and drivers behind the next phase of technological growth. His experience enabling SiTime’s business growth, from pre-IPO to being a leader in the semiconductor industry, includes leading ERP implementations, setting up processes, enterprise systems and infrastructure for scale. Ahmad has built a team of finance experts at SiTime to support the company's IPO in 2019, oversee fast revenue growth and successfully manage the budget to plan and profitability. He leads digital transformation for accounting and finance, driving a modern, best-in-class organization.  

With over 20 years of operational and technical accounting experience at global technology companies, Ahmad’s experience spans significant operating scale and complexity. Previous to SiTime, he held senior positions at Maxim Integrated Products, SiRF Technology, TiVo and Guavus. Ahmad is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and information systems from the University of the South Pacific.
