Katherine Schuelke
Kate Schuelke has served as a member of SiTime’s board of directors since November 2019. She most recently served as chief legal officer and secretary of Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd, a semiconductor company. From 2017 until 2023, she served as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Seagate Technology PLC, a data storage company, where she was responsible for Seagate’s legal, government affairs, and security functions. From 1996 to 2016, Ms. Schuelke was employed by Altera Corporation, where she served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary from 2011 to 2016 and held other positions of increasing responsibility from 1996 to 2011. Earlier in her career, Ms. Schuelke held several positions of increasing responsibility at major law firms both domestically and internationally and was a Fulbright Scholar lecturer on U.S. intellectual property (IP) law while overseas. Ms. Schuelke received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Buffalo and her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
