Dr. Torsten Kreindl

Dr. Torsten G. Kreindl has served as a member of SiTime’s board of directors since November 2019. Since 2016, he has served as managing partner of Deutsche Invest Venture Capital. Dr. Kreindl has served as a director of Crate.io Inc., an IoT database company, since 2018; as a director of ProGlove GmbH, an industrial wearables company, since January 2019; as a director of Plume Design, Inc., a WiFi management company, since 2017; and as a director of Hays PLC, a recruitment and human resources services company, since 2013. From 2003 to 2016, Dr. Kreindl served as a director, chairman of the finance committee and member of the remuneration and nomination committee of Swisscom AG, a telecommunications company. He also served as general partner of venture capital firms Grazia Equity and Copan from 2005 to 2016 and from 1999 to 2005 respectively. From 1995 to 1999, he served as CEO of Deutsche Telekom Broadband Cable and as a member of the German management team of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. from 1993 to 1996. Dr. Kreindl received a master’s and doctorate in industrial engineering from Johannes Kepler University, Linz.
