Beth Howe
Beth Howe serves as SiTime’s executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer (CFO). As strategic advisor to the business, she oversees all financial operations including accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, business decision support, tax, audit, treasury and investor relations. Prior to joining SiTime in 2023, Howe spent 17 years at HP Inc., driving innovation and change in numerous finance leadership positions, most recently serving as the chief audit executive from 2021 to 2023. In this capacity, she accelerated automation and integrated risk management while leading the company’s internal audit, SOX, and enterprise risk management programs. Throughout her tenure at HP, Howe held several executive positions, including CFO for HP’s multi-billion-dollar Graphics Solutions Business and global head of investor relations. Howe is a passionate advocate for sustainability and inclusion, having served as HP’s finance executive sponsor for Sustainable Impact. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Silicon Graphics, a high-performance computing and advanced graphics computer company. Howe holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and a Master of Science in engineering economic systems and operations research, both from Stanford University.
