Atul Shingal

Atul leads the operations team at SiTime, where he is responsible for ensuring continuous YoY growth while maintaining SiTime’s high level of product quality, managing product costs, and meeting our commitments to customers. In addition, he oversees strategic manufacturing partnerships to support our growth plans in new products and revenue. Atul brings 35 years of leadership in operations, test, product, package engineering, and quality management to SiTime. Atul has been instrumental in shaping large multinationals and startups throughout his career, has scaled annual revenues from $30 million to $500 million and played essential roles in three successful IPOs.  

Previously, Atul served as executive vice president of operations Cavendish Kinetics, which was acquired by Qorvo, an RF MEMS company, and vice president of operations at Inphi, a pioneer in very high-speed analog semiconductors (recently acquired by Marvell Technology). He also held operations leadership positions at SiRF Technology, Globespan Virata, Cypress Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, and the Tata Group of Companies and its subsidiaries in India. Atul received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government Engineering College in India, and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from San Jose State University, California, and Pune University in India.
