Samsheer Ahmad

Samsheer is an avid believer in technology, analytics, and understanding the drivers of business. He joined the company in 2015 during a time of rapid growth and has used his experience in leading ERP implementations to set up the processes, enterprise systems, and infrastructure at SiTime to scale the company. Samsheer built a team of finance experts at SiTime to support the company's IPO in 2019, oversee fast revenue growth, and successfully manage the budget to plan and profitability.

Samsheer has more than 20 years of operational and technical accounting experience at global technology companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Previous to SiTime, he held senior positions at Maxim Integrated Products, SiRF Technology, TiVo, and Guavus. Samsheer is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific.
