Vince Pangrazio

Vince joined SiTime in 2020. Prior to SiTime, from 2018 to 2019, he served as chief administrative and legal officer of HealthTap, Inc., a provider of online access to primary healthcare. From 2011 to 2018, Vince served as senior vice president and general counsel of Cavium, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, where he was responsible for the legal, compliance, IT and facilities functions. Vince was part of Cavium's senior management team that grew the company and sold it to Marvell Technology Group for over $6 billion in 2018. Prior to Cavium, Vince was a partner in the business department at the law firm of Cooley LLP where he had worked earlier as an associate in the business department. Vince also served as vice president and general counsel for Women.com Networks, Inc., a network of online sites featuring content and services for women. Vince received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and a J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.
