Akira Takata has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2014. Mr.Takata was the President and CEO of MegaChips Corporation, the second largest fabless semiconductor company based in Japan, from 2011 to 2019. Mr.Takata is one of the startup members of MegaChips founded in 1990 and transformed the company's business from Japan bases to global bases and achieved a triple topline growth during his 8 years CEO period. From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Takata has served on the Board of Directors of Global Semiconductor Alliance, a leading Semiconductor industry organization.
