Women’s History Month & the Women at SiTime

March is designated Women’s History Month to commemorate and encourage the study, observance, and celebration of the vital role of women in American history.

We are proud to spotlight some of the many women at SiTime who support the company today with their passion, creativity, and leadership.

The list of contributions of women is long. In celebration of Women’s History Month and  International Women’s Day in March, we’ve kicked off an interview series to explore the topic of inspirational and inclusive leadership from a few of our top leaders. You can check out their words of wisdom on the SiTime blog.

"Career success is not just about how we are successful ourselves. It’s also how we bring others along with us.  SiTime employees are passionate about their work and there is a rich culture of ideas, moving us rapidly toward new levels of achievement and growth.”

When you combine tech and common sense, you are more likely to get to the right decision. So be proud of who you are and be strong in your own way! And remember to keep your work and family balanced—take breaks to recharge.”

“With an education background, tech was a whole new world for me. I’ve always admired diplomat Sadako Ogata who tried new things even into her 80s. She encouraged women to take a long view of their careers, invaluable advice after I had children. Her attitude inspired me to interview at SiTime. For anyone who wants to try this field but is not sure if they can fit in, don’t worry, just jump in!”
