The SiT95901 is an ultra-low power real-time clock (RTC) and calendar device with dual I2C bus support that allows two master devices (i.e., CPU and BMC chip in a server platform) access to the device. The SiT95901 RTC is optimized for low power consumption and has a built-in voltage-level detection circuit that detects power status and voltage level.
