1 to 60 MHz, 6E-12 ADEV, ±2 ppb/°C Super-TCXO

The SiT5434 is a ±50 to ±250 ppb ultra-stable MEMS Super-TCXO built for synchronization-critical infrastructure. Part of SiTime's Elite 2 Super-TCXO® family, it delivers 6E-12 ADEV and a ±2 ppb/°C frequency slope, enabling accurate synchronization in AI data centers, high-performance compute and networking, and precision GNSS systems by maintaining time accuracy through temperature swings, airflow disturbances, and mechanical stress.

Leveraging SiTime’s unique DualMEMS® temperature sensing and TurboCompensation® technologies, SiT5434 delivers high performance in a standard 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm plastic QFN package and utilizes standard semiconductor packaging and scalable manufacturing flow – a unique combination for this class of precision products. SiT5434 is also available in a standard 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic package.

The SiT5434 can be factory programmed across its frequency range without incurring any additional lead time or customization costs, and ordered as a standard TCXO or as a DCTCXO using an I2C serial interface for output and frequency control.
