The ruggedized Endura SiT7601 oscillator is a MEMS-based device that solves long-standing limitations of quartz oscillators. Leveraging SiTime’s proprietary MEMS technology and advanced design, it delivers excellent stability under airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and EMI.

The SiT7601 offers industry-leading performance for stability, low power, and rugged operation. It achieves ±30 ppm frequency stability over -40°C to +105°C and ±50 ppm frequency stability over -55°C to +125°C. With a 2.5 mA low-power profile, 1 μA standby current, and exceptional g-sensitivity of 0.01 ppb/g, it supports an operating temperature range ideal for aerospace, defense, and other mission-critical environments.

Offering 46 fixed frequencies between 4 MHz and 125 MHz, this oscillator features LVCMOS-compatible output with 450 fs RMS phase jitter. It supports 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V operation. Its 2.0 × 1.6 mm, 2.5 × 2.0 mm, and 3.2 × 2.5 mm surface-mount packages simplify PCB placement with minimal shielding. Integrated programmable drive strength further optimizes signal integrity, while RoHS and REACH compliance ensures environmentally friendly design.
