Low Noise Super-TCXOs

Endura low phase noise MHz Super-TCXOs combine low phase noise, tight frequency stability over temperature and low g-sensitivity in a single 5032 footprint-compatible device. With phase noise virtually insensitive to vibration compared to up to 20 dBC/Hz jump for quartz, there is no need to derate phase noise to compensate for vibration.

  • Best acceleration sensitivity, 0.01 ppb/g – 50x better than quartz
  • -159 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset for 19.2 MHz carrier frequency
  • -172 dBc/Hz broadbase phase noise for 19.2 MHz carrier frequency
  • ±0.1 ppm frequency stability over -40 to 105C with no frequency jump
  • Low Allen deviation (ADEV), 1E-11, 10s averaging time – fewer errors in processing signals with long integration time
  • Low power supply noise rejection (PSNR), 0.1 ps/mV
  • I2C or SPI digital frequency tuning eliminates external DAC and sensitivity to board noise
