The SiT1605 is a low-jitter, low-power oscillator optimized for industrial and high-temperature applications. It delivers 450 fs RMS phase jitter and typical current consumption of just 2.5 mA at 1.8 V, supporting tight frequency stability of ±50 ppm across a wide range of fixed frequencies from 4 MHz to 125 MHz.
Designed for robust performance across -40°C to +85°C, the SiT1605 is available in multiple industry-standard packages down to 1.6 x 1.2 mm, enabling easy integration into compact systems. With superior reliability, sub-millisecond startup time, and a wide supply voltage range (1.5 V to 3.3 V), the SiT1605 meets the demanding requirements of industrial, medical, and networking applications.
