1 to 26 MHz, Ultra-Small µPower DCXO
The SiT3901 is the world's smallest, lowest power and lightest-weight digitally-controlled oscillator (DCXO). This MEMS-based DCXO has an ultra-wide pull range up to 15% at fine resolution. It consumes up to 90% less power and 90% less space compared to quartz oscillators. This DCXO offers high resilience to analog noise and the ability to dynamically vary its frequency to match the resonate frequency of the receiver, making it ideal for fast wireless charging systems and other power-sensitive, space-constrained applications.
