Digitally Controlled Oscillators
SiTime digitally controlled MEMS oscillators (DCXOs) enable users to tune output frequency by up to ±150,000 ppm via a one-wire digital interface. This eliminates the need for an external DAC used for traditional VCXO designs. It also eliminates the frequency shift caused by board noise on the voltage control line.
- Wide pull range options, up to ±150,000 ppm
- Tuning resolution of 1 ppb
- Ultra-low power and small footprint (SiT3901)
- Wide range of frequencies (up to 625 MHz), supply voltages (1.8 V; 2.5 V to 3.3 V), and industry-standard packages (1508, 3225, 5032, or 7050)
- LVCMOS output (SiT3907 and SiT3901) and differential outputs (SiT3921 and SiT3922)
