29 fs RMS Ultra-low Jitter Differential XO for Standard Networking Frequencies

The SiT9507 is optimized for communications, enterprise, and industrial applications requiring a variety of frequencies and operate in noisy environments, and is available in the industry’s smallest differential package.

This differential oscillator is engineered for low-jitter applications requiring one of sixteen standard frequencies, including 100 MHz, 156.25 MHz, 312.5 MHz, and 625 MHz. It delivers 29 fs RMS jitter (typ.), excellent immunity to power supply noise and environmental hazards, industry-standard package sizes, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 2.0 x 1.6 mm, low-power options, and wide temperature support up to 105°C.

The SiT9507 offers popular output drivers for LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL and low-power HCSL with integrated termination resistors. The SiT9507 accepts power-supply voltages down to 1.8 V for additional power savings.
