MHz MEMS-Resonatoren
SiTime MHz MEMS-Resonatoren basieren auf der neuesten MEMS-Generation und eignen sich optimal für Anwendungen, bei denen Platzbedarf und Stromverbrauch entscheidend sind. Das Tiny Chip Scale (CSP)-Gehäuse benötigt 7-mal weniger Leiterplattenfläche als die kleinsten Quarzkristallresonatoren und ermöglicht so kleinste Produktformfaktoren. Diese MHz-Resonatoren ermöglichen exzellentes Phasenrauschen, einen weiten Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40 °C bis 125 °C und eine unübertroffene Leistung bei starken Stößen und Vibrationen.
