Jyothi Gorti

Jyothi Gorti serves as SiTime's executive vice president and chief digital officer. As chief digital officer, she drives the company’s global digital strategy—accelerating innovation, operational efficiency, and growth through data, AI, and enterprise platforms.

Jyothi Gorti is a seasoned technology executive with deep experience leading digital transformation in the semiconductor industry. Prior to SiTime, Jyothi served as Chief Information Officer at Analog Devices, where she spearheaded strategic technology investments to scale enterprise-wide business operations, modernize manufacturing systems, advance cloud adoption for engineering, and strengthen the company’s cybersecurity foundation. She also led the successful integration of Maxim Integrated. Prior to ADI, she was CIO at Maxim, where she led key transformation initiatives across systems and infrastructure. Earlier in her career, Jyothi held senior IT leadership roles at Renesas Electronics and IDT.  She is a passionate advocate for women in technology and a committed supporter of diversity and inclusion in STEM.

Jyothi holds a Master’s in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Operations Research from North Carolina State University.
