Ultra-Small µPower, ±5 ppm, 32.768 kHz TCXO with In-System Auto-Calibration

SiTime's TempFlat MEMS™ technology enables the first 32 kHz ±5 ppm Super-TCXO in a 1.2 mm2 chip-scale package. The SiT1568 is factory-calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability.  And unlike any other TCXO on the market, this ultra-small TCXO includes a one-time, in-system auto-calibration feature that cancels out post-assembly board stressors such as overmold and underfill.  The result is a 32 kHz TCXO that maintains ±5 ppm all-inclusive stability in a tiny 1.2 mm2 footprint - ideal for wearables, modules, and tiny IoT applications.
